can place an order through one of the following four methods
as detailed below; online order, fax order, mail order,
and phone order.
Shipping and handling charges are $4.05 and Orders over $130 are FREE. We charge shipping
on international orders and orders going outside of the contiguous
48 states. International shipping is $24.95 and shipping to
Alaska and Hawaii is $19.99. We are not responsible for any international duties or fees that may be acquired due to importing our products for your personal use.
Please note that it is a 5-7 business day turnaround on most orders.

Online - To place a secure online order,
enter the quantity desired and click the "ADD" button
for the sunglasses you wish to order. When finished shopping,
click the "VIEW CART" button within any of our sunglass
catalogs. Review your order and if no corrections
are needed, then click the "Place Secure Order" button.

use our Fax form to order your sunglasses. Simply fill
out the Fax Form

our secure Online ordering. We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked
money-back guarantee on all of our sunglasses. Your complete
satisfaction is important to us! We inspect each product
thoroughly before shipping to insure your order is
free from damage or defect. If your product is damaged upon
arrival or is not exactly as ordered, call 1-866-614-4086
within 48 hours.
- If you are not completely satisfied with any of our Products for any reason, you can return them in their original condition with the original packaging materials, paperwork and accessories, (ie:sunglass case & cloth). A 15% restocking fee will be charged for each item returned for refund or an exchange. You will be responsible for shipping charges on items returned or exchanged to Ultimate Shades. Please notify us by phone at 1-866-614-4086 or e-mail us by clicking here when returning merchandise so that we may provide you with a Return Authorization number( RA#. ). We will not accept returns without an RA #. For an exchange or refund you have within 30 days upon receiving the product to send it back.
- If
after 30 days, there is a manufacturer defect you must
contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. We are not
responsible for any extra charges incurred by the manufacturer.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your credit to be processed.
Every credit card company has different posting cycles, please
allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your

close-out specials or items that have been discontinued
by the manufacturer. Items with any type of writing on
the packaging. Items which show signs of abuse or mishandling.

returned without original packaging.

business day. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer,
depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may
also take longer to process. International orders
can take up to 3-4 weeks since we ship them via US Mail.
